I saw something that rather amused me today, thought I'd share.
I finished up my 2 liter Verner's bottle (spl?) at the house and notice these words printed over the "please recycle" spill: No Refills
Now really, think about it. Even if you DID manage to polish it off while at the same gas station (or whatever) you bought it from, would a reasonable person expect the attendents to be able to refill it for them? NO. So, would a reasonable person have printed that on the label? I don't think so.
Anyhow. It was amusing.

Aw man... they don't refill 2 liter bottles? How dissapointing...

Actually back in the day when all of the bottles were made of glass, you would take them back to get them refilled. Even though they haven't done that for years, I imagine that's where the label comes from.
